The Faction Cross Country Carnival was run on the last day of Term Two after rain and wind forced a rescheduling. This time the weather held out as students from Years 1-6 ran hard for their factions. It was fantastic to see every Bull Creek Student having a go and trying their best. This attitude is indicative of the Bull Creek spirit of competitiveness and sportsmanship. Ultimately, Blue Faction were the winners on the day, with a blistering run by Year Five’s Elih a key highlight.

Congratulations to all the runners and medal winners:

The top five runners from Years 3-6 were invited to participate in the Interschool Cross Country Carnival at Burrendah Reserve. Bull Creek students acquitted themselves magnificently and while Bull Creek did not place, they showed the competitiveness, sportsmanship and behaviour that does them credit. Congratulations to all competitors!

The Faction Athletics Carnival is just around the corner (Week Eight) and all students are training hard. We hope to see you there!

Once again, it is great to see physical activity flourishing at Bull Creek in all shapes and forms. Keep it up, because it keeps you fit and healthy!
